I have a 2020 Mojave I brought it to the dealership numerous times with complaints of it overheating they told me there’s absolutely nothing they can do and this is normal it constantly is running at 230° to 245°when it’s about 95° outside, Don’t even get me started if I’m driving up a grade it will completely overheat and they’re telling me that might happen like it’s normal I paid over $50,000 for this vehicle and I’m getting the runaround I’ve made videos of it but they say they can only test it but the problem is if I bring it in at 9 o’clock in the morning and then drive it down the road of course it’s not going to overheat but if you drive it around it say 4:30 when it’s hot as hell outside It will give you a great indication of what’s happening because I guess my videos of me driving my truck aren’t good enough and I’ve waited years to purchase this truck and spent a lot of money on it and I guess this isn’t a priority to them. I don’t know what to do they treat me like “o well sometimes they run hot” I can’t even drive this truck where I want to go. Is anyone else out there having this problem because I don’t know what to do, please help!

Gas engine and not diesel, correct?

230 isn't all that hot. If it wen to 230 and no more, i'd not be concerned. Boiling point of coolant 50/50 mix and 14 psi pressure is over 260 degrees.

245 is steep......... that means there's likely spots more hot than that in the engine.

Have you had to add coolant?
Have you taken a look at the oil or had an analysis?

All the coolant and fluid levels have never changed no leaks It has completely overheated where the whole dash is flashing red but just cruising around town it’s sometimes running at 250° if it’s 100° outside and affecting the performance of the vehicle I’ve taken it in twice for analysis the first time they replaced the thermostat they said it was cracked The second time they gave me a list of reasons why it may overheat but my girlfriend drives a $10,000 Honda 2006 and it runs up hills like nothing I have a $58,000 vehicle that can’t make it up at 5% grade at 85° outside without overheating thats ridiculous

Is this ok?

That seems like a bad sensor or an errant reading. There is no possible way your coolant is 419°F. Your truck would have long burned to the ground. Plus the oil temp doesn't jive, at only 212°F.
Do you see steam or smoke? At 419°F, you'd be whistling like a steam engine, and I'd run far away.

Bad temp sensor? If the coolant is that high the oil temp would be higher than 212.
Makes sense Ill have to check that out thanks

First, for the guys in mom's basement, the GPS is a rest area in NorCal and the radio is on a C&W station, only one with reception.
The pic above was taken when I turned off the truck, it never got hot, I was never able to do it again. It was fine, but heck, I had to snap a pic. Look at the oil temp. Yeah it just pegged out when turned it off, started it back and guage went normal. But I had to share with you guys.
