Took the weekend to upgrade the Gladiators audio system.
Using the PAC module running to AudioControl 6 channel amp, Audiocontrol components in the front and coaxial in the rear, still working on sub enclosure. Ran all new speaker wires to all the speakers.

I powered it up and set the chime levels and then powered it down for 10 minutes. Fired it back up and adjusted the DSP on the amp. It plays fine but it randomly keeps rebooting the screen, sometimes it plays for a couple minutes other times it reboots every few seconds.

Any ideas on how to make the PAC ap4 play nice? While it is playing everything sounds great.

Check your F105 fuse. its a 10 amp. Maybe cooked or slightly corroded and the additional load you added is showing its age.

Incase anyone one else has this issue in the future.

One of the pins on their jumper harness pushed out slightly when mated to the OE plug. Got it seated again and used a very small screw driver to hold it in while I reconnected them. then I zip tied it nice and tight to the wire next to it to hopefully keep it from pushing out again in the future.

Easy fix I just got lucky and noticed the pin was pushed up.
