Pelican Cases

Went to my old employer to clean out my desk and snatched up this used case while roaming around. Plan to use it for some camping gear.

We always had a bunch and I would host an annual tent sale to sell them for cheap.

Question for the forum, do you think there'd be interest if I were to snatch up more and sell them here? Just want to get a feeler before I commit to filling up the garage with cases

I think yes, although you might do better on an overland specific website or even just undercut ebay prices by a little bit to offload them quickly. I'm looking for 2 boxes to fit in this half rack without being too tall by the way.

I would be in the market for a Pelican BX135 Cargo Case or any other that would fit snugly under the bed cover.

I’ve been using the Apache cases from Harbor Freight. Good quality, and much less expensive than the Pelican cases.

Yes.
The inference being that his pricing would need to be pretty low to get sales in used Pelican cases when other new options are available.

I'm sure he won't rip anyone off haha. I've never broken or severely damaged any of my Pelican cases before but just FYI, in my research the lifetime warranty continues with the box even when it gets resold. Some of my bigger boxes have wheels and handles and stuff and that's all included

Sweet. Seems like there's a fair amount of interest. I'm not looking to make a killing and will factor in shipping fees when deciding the cost. I'll keep everyone posted but trust it'll be a sweet deal for a case that comes with a lifetime warranty

The only pelican I have is for my scar17. Forbthe truck I use the red knuckle boxes we call them that the navy uses. I "find" an empty one every now and then.

They would be a variety of sizes/styles.
