Phone Function Doesn't Work (Bluetooth & CarPlay)

Hi everyone. Just bought myself a new (to me) '20 Rubicon. It's been my dream ride since they came out.

One big issue; when phone is connected to CarPlay or Bluetooth I get no sound and the other end can't hear me. It's not isolated to CarPlay but I did try multiple chords, phones, and plugged in to USB-C, USB, and the console USB. Everything else works with CarPlay and Bluetooth, I can listen to podcasts, music, video sound plays, etc. It's the phone function only.

Does anyone have any ideas on a fix for this issue? @JeepCares

The Bluetooth microphones are terrible. Like they have no noise canceling ability. Plenty on that.

It is not a Bluetooth microphone sorry. The Jeeps wired microphone is lousy.

I'll update with what little information I have just in case anyone else runs into this. The Gladiator is in the dealership shop today and they have no idea why this is an issue. They can replicate it not working but have no idea why. Their next step is contacting the Chrysler tech support, but this is apparently a new issue to them. All their diagnostics are returning as clean.
