Picking up the Gladiator today….what do I need to check before leaving?

Just make sure you pick it up in the day time.... I had to drive out of town and it was late day when I arrived, after all was said and done, it was dark for my inspection... once you drive off and take possession, its yours.

Agreed on daytime checking. Mine was also at night, though I didn't have any issues. I did bring a flashlight and spent a bit of time looking for any scratches or dents (I REAAAALLY spent time on this).

I'd also suggest looking under the hood, just make sure everything looks how it should. Take it for a quick drive and shift into 4wd and Low. Mine is a manual, so I wanted to make sure it shifted as it should. Everything else is covered under warranty.
