Won a Performance check on a dyno- To do or not to do? What do I need to know?

A little pissed off. Asked them about specifics, no real answer. Asked them to be a part of it. No, safety not allowing it. Asked them if they would also do an oil change (of course I pay for and asked for a quote) they quoted (for everything including the dyno which should be free and)me 0w-40 Ravenol ???

Now I am very confused what is what? I am not an expert and these guys are, but why are they wanting to use 0w 40 and that filter is way cheaper than anything I can get my hands on.
Thoughts?

Think they are using the dyno to drag people in for work.

I don't know what the pricing is for Germany.

My Power Wagon and Grand Cherokee spec'ed 0w-20 oil. I switched them to Mobil 1 Euro blend 0w-40. I run that in my track day car too.

The dyno I won through a different website. They charge about 200, they when quating me forgot I had won the service...

At the moment I am leaning towards declining as they are not as communicative as I would hope and they will not accept my presence at the dyno or their shop and I am not okay with that

Not directly. It was free to enter. There were 11 prizes. Some ARB stuff, some recovery stuff, roof top tent etc. Luck of the draw. Leave your mail and you enter, and the dyno I won is by a high class shop, but I would prefer a can do attitude rather than, no you can't stay and watch, no we do not explain and no, we know what we are doing that's why we use this oil rather than 0w20...
