I believe you that it happened as no company has a perfect track record. All I can say is mine is built as strong as they come with some of the best looking welds I've seen. This bumper in my opinion just looks so good with the Mojave adding to the pre-runner desert look.

Appreciate you chiming in here! I have looked at your build page quite a bit and the bumper was one of the reasons ;-)

Cheers

Awesome, thank you much! I love the look. I see people going with a lot of negative offset, but I like the look of keeping things high and tight better personally. I didnt realize +30mm with a 37x12.5 would work out, I figured there would be some clearance issues. The Mojave specific AEV 2" puck lift and Mickey Thompson Bajah Bos's are exactly what im going with on mine. So coming across yours got me really excited. Any have you had any issues? is everything else stock steering/suspension wise? Also, see that VA inspection sticker. Im in Northern VA, maybe I'll bump into you on a trail this summer. Am at Flag Pole, bald mountain, etc a lot

Thanks - I do too. I use to build custom Jeeps fulltime for a living when I lived in SoCal (San Diego). But the JT wasn't out then, so this is my first. I mostly built TJ/LJ/MJ/YJ/WJ/XJ/CJ and custom rock crawler buggies.

I easily have 3" of clearance while turning hard right or left of contacting anything, so I'm in good shape.

Yes, besides the AEV 2" Mojave lift - that's all that's been added suspension-wise.

It does tend to slightly wonder more than stock due to a slight change in castor, so I ordered a set of the Mopar front LCA's that I just received in the mail. I'll be putting those in soon.

I also bought a set of F&R Clayton adjustable TB's that I'll add soon to recenter both axles. They are off slightly (~1/2 ").

The lift didn't cause my steering wheel to be out-of-whack like I thought it would. This will probably change once the front TB is installed.

The bumper and winch added some weight to the front - so the front has came down a little. Maybe ~1/2".

I have the M6 and will be regearing to probably 5.13 and locking the front soon too.

I'm use to low gears like what's in my rock crawler YJ. It has 4.56 and a twin-stick Atlas 5.0, so my crawl ratio is ~90:1 which is what I like. It's on 1 ton Ford (HPD60) and Chevy (full float 14bolt) axles on 39's and 37's, which I sometimes swap tires on.

Thanks Joe, this helped me out a lot. Really appreciate it!

You can see here how the tires are tucked in pretty well which was my goal. The right combo is what did the trick. ?

Absolutely awesome man, do you have a pic straight on from the front or back? I want to see if you can notice how far off it leaves the axles on the factory TB's
