I got $600 in 2022 for my factory tires without wheels. I did sell the spare with the steel wheel, but I kept the rubicon wheels. And that’s at 2022 tire prices. You’d get more now with the right buyer. Mine went to someone putting them on a 4 runner.
I suck at selling stuff... but good to know.

I do want a matching spare wheel... but that is the thing, not sure if I want to stay with the factory wheels... I do not feel they match the looks of the Gladiator. I would like something different but with the same factory off-set, etc. Just a different, more rugged look...

Cheapest route is to just buy a matching wheel (around 250.00 from Mopar) for the spare tire and call it a day... I just went outside to look at the factory wheels and realized that I am just full of sh**... I like them... 🙄 🤔 :)

I will continue to run the stock tires until it is time to replace them...

Should be able to find a take off for pennies on the dollar. They’re laying in my yard. No one wants mine though. Just a few scratches.

I tried... could not find any matching one locally. I just ordered a new one. Should be here if a few days.

Retired. Beach bum.
Just put them on today, and I’m very pleased
I was in the market for a skinny 35 and nothing seemed available. I was offered these Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T in 35X10 or 255/85R17 and I’m pleased with the ride quality, and road noise is now very acceptable. I was running Nitto Trail Grapplers in 35X11.5 but the road noise was more than I could take on my daily commute.

That’s exactly the size of not tread pattern I plan on when I replace my stock 245/75-17, on my original color matched Chrystal Granite Metallic alloy wheels, when the time comes at 1/2-1/3 tread left, just as the get sketchy in the rain on highway runs. I’ve had too many hair raising experiences in heavy rain with wide tires. Even in snow and mud skinny tires work best, in sand as long as you have tall sidewalks you are fine. I’m leaning towards 255/85-17 AT tires.

17x8.5 wheels. I think they turned out fine. Hard to get good pics but they don't look streched.

these look awesome! Just got a 1.5” Teraflex level on mine and a set of 17x8.5” Method 305s with +25 offset. Have some 255/75R17 that I got off a JKU and like how they come up right to the edge of the fender (no poking).

I was leaning toward getting these 255/85R17 because I like the tire staying under the fender and was worried about it stretching. But this looks good! Probably 5-10k more miles and I’ll need a set.
