Trying to decide on whether to go with the Mopar OEM running boards or steel tubular steps to go on a 2021 Sport S. I live in NH so I'm wondering which will hold up better to New England winters (e.g. snow, ice, salt) over time, or is there a better non-OEM option? I like the idea of plastic boards (no rust) but I am concerned that the plastic will sag and crack over time with the freezing temps, ice build up, etc. The only thing worse would be rusted out steel tube steps. I'm very interested in anyone's experience/ recommendations with these OEM's (or similar non-OEM) parts on a JT or JL.
