You do have to drill some holes and install some nutzerts, but after I figured out how to do it, it wasn't too difficult. I didn't follow their template for the holes in the plastic cover, they were fairly big. I measured and made them just big enough to fit.

A wealth of "small difference" styles. Costs run from dirty cheap to uncomfortably expensive. You could always weld an HF winch plate to a HF receiver extension and build exactly what you want.

From there, you need a winch, some good wiring and some correctly sized andersen connectors. Side note, do not fall pray to using andersen connector for semipermenant connections. They are designed do be frequently connected and disconnected to keep the contacts clean, if you leave them connected you will develop corrosion. Run a lead to the front and the rear and put a short pigtail on the winch and you are ready to go.
