It's not deactivated in that there's a light or error or warning - it simply won't stop at a stop light if the cabin temperature hasn't been reached or the temperature is set to "Lo".Did you happen to have the A/C on max during this time, I believe the start/stop is deactivated when running max A/C, although I don't know if it displays that message.
Wrong - BOTH batteries power everything the whole time.I think you’re supposed to disable ESS when deleting aux. I believe the aux is what powers your accessories while on ESS.
No, it doesn't really work. I wish JSCAN would remove that because it kills other things if you try to use it. IT was a test that failed and was never removed from what I read on the JSCAN FB pages.You can deactivate ESS with JScan?!
Everything I read said I need the other tool, could you elaborate please?
Doesn't really work unless you want remote start, etc. disabled.There is a module where you can activate or deactivate the ESS. At least my JScan did!
