That 8th number doesn't show color, several people have already shown different numbers for the same color.
I'm pretty sure the ninth number is the "check digit" it is for vin validation. Color is not part of Jeeps Vin numbers based on the Jeep jl Vin decoding. See below for a jl Vin decoding, I believe the vin format is going to be similar.

Here is a decoding of vin 1C6JJTBG2LL111673 based on the jl decoding. 1C6 means it is made by FCA US LLC and it is a Truck. The J in the fourth position means it weighs between 6 and 7 thousand pounds and has hydraulic brakes. The 5 6 and 7 spots will tell us the drive system (such as 4wd) it will tell us the body type, the driver side (left hand or right hand) and it will tell us the trim level. The 8 spot will tell us what engine is in it along with HP and Torque, G means 3.6L V6. The 9th number is a validation number, it has nothing to do with the vehichle, its sole purpose is so a computer can validate the Vin. The 10th digit tells us the year, L is 2020. The 11th tells us the manufacturing plant, L being Toledo. The 12-17 digits are the serial number of that vehicle.

JP's Beer Math at work

soooo:
IF
they build VINs in sequential order
and
IF they stay on the 2:30 per unit build-out we last heard of.
and
whatever (I said BEER Math)
then

The above VINs represent 22 hours of production.
just sayin...
