Nope. Doubt we will soon since they are in full audit mode of the LE orders at FCA. Ugh.

Contacted customer care chat this am. They said no VIN yet, check back in about a week for status update. Sounds like things are moving but it is just going to take them some time to get the mfg schedule set.

Ugh. Wouldn’t one think that this is THE Launch Edition of your new vehicle that hasn’t been made since the 60’s that you would have it a little more together than this? If the only option is color they why don’t you pre make a shit ton of them in various colors so when they are ordered on your big special order day you could ship them out to the lucky buyers!!! Oh but I have a better idea, let’s make a bunch of regular pre-spec models to ship to the dealers so anyone can go buy one off the lot and make the people who ordered your special Launch Edition feel like WTH is going on?!?!

Amen! ... does anyone believe the comments re. vin/delivery/status change by 4/19 to place another pun on the 419 area code? i believe this was discussed in another thread.

no VIN yet ... last conv. said there was a delay, but the FCA chat is becoming useless.

I spoke with FCA chat yesterday for the first time. They asked for my vin. I told them I didn’t have one yet. They asked me if I had even spoken to the concierge. I said yes 11 minutes after the concierge starting calling people! They then told me I had to call the LE Dealer Hotline! Ugh. Made the call and that was the number to the LE Concierge. All was good in the end but had me worried for a sec.

If a loaded pre-spec Rubi shows up at my dealer in a few weeks and I’m not off BG status and the dealer sells the Rubi before asking if I want it....Oh My!!

As an easter egg, opening up ordering on 4/19 would be cool... but we do keep hearing that it will be in may...
That said, ordering means nothing - delivery is everything! lol

For all the poeple complaining about not having a VIN yet or why haven't LE's shipped yet. Have any of you custom order a car before? The sooner you put in you head a late May or June delivered date the better. I would be happy if it happens sooner but I am not expecting anything sooner. The 4/4 event was a preorder event. If you see one you like on a lot go for it.

I have not gotten a VIN nor have I been checking for one. The first time I plan to even talk to my dealer again is when the order banks open, May-ish maybe, and that is because I want a soft top as well.

I’m fine to wait for my LE. By the time they get around to delivering them we will know for sure if a 37 will fit in the spare tire space. Also it will give to Mopar accessories store time to get prices out to us. Lus this week the old 93 ZJ is running good so I am happy with it till something else breaks on it, probably in the next few days so my opinion is likely to change a few times.
