What happens to your plan when Grainger folds, or goes bankrupt?

Many dealer protection programs disappear when a dealership folds, go bankrupt, or is sold, and simply opens under another name?

Whose name if the policy underwritten by?

My question is based on being burned by the actions mentioned above.

I do understand your concern for sure! But we are not planning on going anywhere and are doing great! IF that ever did happen, since we are an authorized dealer to sell Mopar Warranties, you would still be covered under Mopar as it would not be a Granger Warranty.

Unfortunately, no. The maintenance plan does but the warranty is only electrical or mechanical components

My problem is that they cut you off at 80,000 I had that before the 3yr. Ran out. And when it did I was over. My Jeep can't sit . It has to work it is my Job.
The only shops that accept those warranties are the dealers . And in my area not all of those take them. Other shops that are not associated with dealers won't take warranty coverage from ANYONE. I bought 2 different one for 2 different trucks never used but thought they was good deal.
So when I got my JT I purchased another one . Never used it either. Worthless, really.. If you want to temp me give me a Drive train warranty that will cover me at mileage above 80,000.

We are updating our website as the model years do not go below 2021. When trying to get a quote, you will have to select 2021 then complete the rest of the questions. When the specialist receives

Those warranties are still set up like they are covering the mileage on a 1964 Jeep Gladiator J200 with a inline 6 and a 4 speed. Modern Vehicles are supposed to be able to handle more miles. Time to make policies for modern vehicles

I completely understand! I truly wish there was something I could do, but Mopar is the one that creates those warranties and we are unable to make any changes to them. I do apologize!

Once the factory warranty on a vehicle is over, that is when the vehicle's warranty would be considered as a used vehicle warranty. That is when you would go to, https://www.buymoparwarranty.com/ and put in your information so that the warranty specialist can go through your different options as well as the miles.

Just wanted to put out a reminder that if you are in the market for a Pre- Owned Plans (ESPs), ours is $25 over dealer cost! The coverage has some requirements compared to a new one, but same coverage!

The warranty would start once it is purchased!!

To qualify, your vehicle must be 2014 or newer, under 80,000 miles and once the factory warranty (3yr/36k) runs out. The vehicle must also pass an inspection from either a 3rd party company, which we can help with or a certified Mopar technician near you. We will need the inspection documentation before purchase.
