Pre tuned ECU? EOC

So does this mean if someone orders a pre tuned ECU (VIN provided) you will NOT have the red security light? Or if you order a pre tuned ECU with VIN provided you will have a red security light regardless? If ordering a pre tuned ECU, do they pre-clone your tuned ECU? Sorry for the dumb questions, new to Jeep.

My understanding is they build a new PCM file based off your VIN and load it to a blank PCM which they acquire for you. You will have the red light unless you send in your original PCM or cloned PCM.

Communication is not their strong suit but everything will work out in the end. And as @LOL WUT said they need an ECU from you if you don’t want the red light.

then why deal with them? Go to the source of their tunes at MRTuning.ca. The customer service is light years better and as I recall cheaper as well. Martin will answer emails on weekends and evenings while you wait 2 weeks for a response from EOC

Yup, that's exactly my plan: MRTuning.ca
I sent him an email with this question and he replied within 24hrs. That's a great start.
