Was on the Quadratech website and seen the seat covers, looked great and watched install video which made the sale. My error was one of the options was cloth/leather seats (leather has rear armrest) in my haste ordered cloth, wrong! Called Quadratech the first business day that I was able to (Monday) and was told I was able to cancel/modify the order and then was told the order would be cancelled and the correct item will be sent, great. The representative also stated the order may take up to eight weeks; but i was ok with it. Turns out paying through PayPal credit for a double order went over my credit limit and the correct order was declined. Called Quadratech with another payment option and that was approved; now everything is wonderful again, wrong! PayPal is still showing payment submitted and my visa has got a hurt on it.
10 days later my correct seat covers are on their way to be delivered Friday, oh happy days! Wrong! My order that showed up on the door was one box of rear seat covers only. Guess who I called, yep Quadratech but hung up after a half an hour wait time to start a chat session via web portal. Chat rep was great and stated she would get the front seat covers out to me in 7-10 business days. Ya baby great!
āTrying to make the best of what I got I decided to install the rear seat covers, great! Wrong! The box was for leather interior but the 60% top cover for the rear was missing and in place of it was a passenger front bottom cover. The driverās side rear headrest had a hole on the wrong side of it for the headrest adjustment button; or maybe was just 2 passenger side headrests included. Now I just started the return process for the order from Quadratech. On a side note I did look into PRPās website and found out if I ordered through their website I could use a coupon code for like a 19% savings and not to mention the endless custom combinations available compared to the 5 Quadratech is offering. The seat covers that I did install went on easy and looked great I have to admit.
āLong story short (too late), Iām in limbo waiting on $1500 to be charged back to my two accounts and not sitting on any seat covers. Once I get my credits returned will be ordering through PRPās website with a special custom order and hopefully in 2 months being installing them.
