I've got both and I can tell you that you're confused. These 2 trucks are SUPER DIFFERENT. You need to make a choice. If you need the Gladiator forum members to push you, you already know what to do.

Did you ask this question on the Raptor forum?!

Im a Raptor fan but after seeing it side buy side with the Gladiator, I would choose the Glad. Ok I'm officially biased because I love the Gladiator and think it's a great all around vehicle.
