Quake LED fender chop light issues

I picked up a set of Quake LED fender chop sequential turn signals part QTE1194W. After hooking them up the DRL works, turn signal only flashes DRL, and when headlights are on no turn signal only DRL. Any fixes for this or am I looking at a defective unit? Have Tazer and have already set for LED.

Sorry just saw this. Quake gave me a few things to try but none of it worked. They were super cool about it and sent out a replacement set that worked fine out of the box.

Ok thank you , they literally just sent me a replacement also , so far so good
