Question about the UCONNECT APP

My UCONNECT app on my iPhone has been showing various data info about my Gladiator, but suddenly the only thing that is showing is fuel level - No tire pressure, etc. I've pushed every damn button on the app numerous times, swiped every direction, and for some reason, all the other info is no longer listed or displayed. How do I get the App back to displaying all the parameters is was as recently as earlier today? Thanks

Try restarting the phone? I know when similar things happen, it is usually a software update push that messes things up until the phone is powered off then back on.

It was working fine this morning showing all of the things it normally shows. There has been no software update, but I rebooted the phone and it was no help.

I tried that and it is still showing me just the fuel level. I amazed that it was showing everything this morning and now this.

The App is not real-time and interactive. It displays the data available from the Uconnect servers, which is updated during or after each trip. Low fuel, and some other issues, will send an update that gets pushed out to the App. The only update that can be triggered from the App is current location.

I understand that, but for example when I changed the air in my tires it didn't update it on the app. But the issue is, is that this morning, tire pressure and a few other things were displayed and now it is just the fuel level. Not updating is one thing, but disappearing data is another.

All you can do is wait it out. Uconnect could be doing updates, or having other issues. There could be issues with the cellular network the truck uses to communicate with the Uconnect system. The data is usually there, whenever I look, but I just use the App for remote starting the truck.

That apparently seems to be the only choice.

I let my Uconnect subscription lapse after my free period expired. All the info it shows can be found immediately in real time within the vehicle’s screens.
