Just purchased a 2024 Gladiator after having owned a 2020. In the 2020, the storage under the seat was wide open and was perfect for storing the bag for the freedom panels. on the 2024, the storage is smaller and segmented. is there a good place to keep the bag that I am missing?

also, I believe that my gladiator had the Bluetooth speaker at one point, but it is not in there anymore. worth buying?

I bought a 24 in December and my under seat storage is wide open. Do you have the lockable storage?
The speaker is an add on if you didn’t opt for the premium sound system. The slot is there for the option to buy separate though I think. I did have to bring it up to the dealer though or else they would have let me drive off the lot without it.

I have a 2024 Mojave … and OEM - my underseat storage was wide open (see last photo).

In my opinion, there’s no way you can stuff that bag in the under-seat storage. If you did…you wouldn’t have much (or any) room for anything else. There are foam corners, and a plastic bottom that you don’t want to ā€˜bend’.

For me……. For the most part, the bag (full or empty), stays in the bed of the truck or in the garage.

The Gladdy’s came with 2 options for underseat storage… completely open (See last photo) or it came with the lock box (NOT open and lockable).

I love the Bluetooth speaker but it's not worth the price unless you want the convenience of having stowed away and charging. Here's a review that hits all the points in my opinion.

Totally Agree….

If you have one already….. theyā€˜re nice to have… stows away and is always charged.

If you don’t already have one - don’t bother with the JEEP version. There are a gazillion other Bluetooth speakers online/Amazon that are sooo much cheaper. Some of them are soooo small and pack a punch with impressive sound/volume for their size - and you can take them anywhere. The kicker….. is remembering and/or keeping it charged.

I came to the same conclusion with the speaker... I think it would be cool to have, and I might use it once. then that's that.

thanks

That's where I kept mine in my 2020 and 2022 JTs. And I had room for straps and gloves and other stuff under there. It was slid clear over to one end. Now as I recall, I even had jumper cables under there. If rolled up nicely, it works fine with room left.

Funny thing - when I first got my 2020, that's where the sales guy stashed mine while they prepped it. It was still in the plastic bag it came in.

good review and matches my sentiments. It’s a $100 speaker marked up 450% because it says JEEP on it.

I have one because it's standard with the X package. I didn't order one with either of the other JTs, and frankly, I'm not sure how or when I might even use it, or what for.
I suspect part of the price is the fact it sits latched into a cubby and self-charges from the vehicle.
But other than that, with my uses, I could use the Blast speaker my wife uses in her quilting room - and it was free because we bought some phone accessories years ago.

The Jeep speaker is nice and all - but even if it was only $100 - I'd have trouble justifying 100 for a speaker - when the heck would I use it, where, and how?
