I searched for a while and couldn’t find an answer. Those who have an evo lift, how do the rear springs handle weight? If you have a rack, lift and other equipment in the bed does it sag the rear springs and lower ride height shorter than front? Did anyone add a small rear spacer to hold a slight rake? Any info is appreciated.

I have been told (by EVO) that their 2.5" lifts are 2.5" front & 2.5" rear. So you should still maintain that factory rake, because it's going up the same amount F&R. If that's the case, I wouldn't think you would need to also add a rear spacer to increase the rear lift, as the JTR already sits about 1.5" higher in the rear (factory) than the front.
