I think it's SUPER important to note that if you drove through brackish or full salt water, you MUST get a salt remover too. If the trail was flooded because of high tide from Eta, salt remover (like Salt Away) ASAP.
This was just rain water, but point taken.

I don't agree. I've stuck my Jeep in extremely salty mud and ran it through a salt lake that's saltier than the ocean, with only a normal wash after, many times. No issues.

I guess YMMV, but I had TJ for Hurricane Sandy when it hit. It didn't see more than 18" of water, but enough to cover the frame/brakes/rotors. Within about 3 weeks I started having rust issues all over. I ended up having to replace all 4 rotors early due to excessive rust. Given the quality of the frame paint on my JT, I wouldn't risk salt water anywhere near my chassis without salt away somewhere nearby.
