I have one of these:
Description
  • Premium Matte Black Woven Fabric - This high-end material delivers a remarkable and stylish matte black finish that has dirt-resistant characteristics to help it stay clean for longer
  • Low Profile Styling - Our rails are incorporated into the design providing a distinctive flush-mount look while enhancing the overall look of your truck
  • Heavy-duty Construction - Our matte black aluminum slats are pressure bonded to the fabric for additional strength and resiliency
  • Easy to Use - Rear latches near the tailgate allow you to open the cover from either side of the truck - An additional security latch, located towards the center of the truck bed, enhances the security of this cover
  • Quick Release System - The entire cover can be removed in seconds, without tools, providing true 100% full bed access
Rugged Ridge's Armis Hard Rolling Bed Cover offers superior protection and greater versatility for today's Jeep Gladiator models. The cover is crafted from heavy-duty black aluminum slats that are lightweight yet super-strong. Each slat is then pressure-bonded to the sleek, matte black exterior woven fabric, delivering a sleek appearance and outstanding durability.
When closed, the Armis Hard Rolling Bed Cover has a low, flush-mount profile that looks as beautiful as it works, rolling up to the cab smoothly and easily. When opened, the cover allows great driver visibility out the back glass by staying low to the bed rails. Convenient rear latches allow the cover to be opened easily from either side of the bed while the Quick Release System lets you remove and re-install the cover in just minutes for full bed access. Best of all, it's backed by our Limited 5-Year Warranty. Jeep® Trail Rail Cargo System required.

The rugged ridge roller has to slide pins near the cab to take it off, I’ve taken it off several times for things. It’s really quick.

How do you like it? This is on my short list, but I’ve seen a lot of complaints about bent rails and other quality issues.

I haven’t had any issues with it personally and I’ve had it for 14 months. I’m really happy with it

Or just get an inexpensive roll up and leave it on.
I find it nice to always have it available and can't imagine a reason to have to remove it.

Nice Husky!

Any recommendations? My fear with a cheap cover is that it’ll fall apart too quickly.

Mopar soft rolling cover.

The latches near the bed, once installed, dont need to come back off.

So its just the two bolts (one on each side) where the cover connects to the cab end of the bed.

I remove mine all the time to put in the bestop bed cover for camping. SUPER simple…takes me less than 5 minutes.

Mine is an ODERO.
I found it for $117 on ebay for the 5' bed Chevy Colorado. (Fits fine)
They sell one specific for the Gladiator, bet it's the same cover.
Been on over a year and its holding up well.
If I get 5-6 years out of it I will be happy.

Factory roll up tonneau is your best option. No need to remove. Rolls all the way to the rear window, takes up maybe 1” towards the bed, but simply push it and viola. It’s out of the way, no need to remove
