Rear bumper side steps, grab handles

If anyone hears of an aftermarket company that has rear bumper side steps for a Gladiator then please advise who does this. I will be using the bed as a trunk. And earlier today I tried to climb into the bed of a Gladiator to take some measurements and it’s quite a hop to get into the bed. A side step sure would help. And a rear corner grab handle would be nice as well. And folks I was born short. Need a little help getting up and in since I ain’t gonna get any taller. Much appreciated.
