Looking to try to contact someone higher up than the dealership and Jeep Cares. Any idea how one could get in contact with a regional manager? Need something done for my Gladiator transmission issue. Vehicle should not be stuck at dealership for 2-4 months undrivable. I know I could go the lemon law route if I choose but just wanted mine fixed is all. It has 1100 miles on it.
