I'm going to try and jump the Aux battery because I know the big battery is good. I hope that's the problem. I know the dash light stayed on all night so it definitely needs a jump.

This just happened to a friend of mine with a JL.
Dealer replaced both batteries and all good now.
Seems like this is a fairly common issue.

I tried giving it a jump with a jump starter kit but it didn't work. However it did show me that the voltage of the battery is at 11.4 which is not ideal.

Yeah, you are sure right there - it's far from ideal, like NYC to LA from ideal.
You should be sitting at at least 12.6 on a fully charged battery at 100%. (GM said 12.65)
According to GM/Delco, 12.06 is only 25% full.
