Remove Bedliner in D?

Has anyone successfully removed the bedliner from their order in D status or know if it is possible? My dealer is forgetful and/or busy, and have to remind him daily to call the rep to ask. Maybe @JeepCares or a dealer can answer?

Is the bedliner still causing delays?
I asked my dealer about it and he said he didn't hear it was causing delays. I ordered without just to play it safe. I got a quote from a Line-x dealer for $560. Will go that route once my truck arrives.
