If you remove your Tazer, do the gear ratio and tire size settings stay?

If you just remove it and not return to stock those setting shouldn't change.

If you unmarried the Tazer it will return to the settings that were there when it was married.

I concur with @zuki_dan; however, why do that? You lose the benefit of any live features.

I know not everyone cares about the live features but a few of them are quite nice. Personally, I use several of the live functions:
1) It will remember the position of the ESS switch, i.e. turn ESS off, turn car off, start car, ESS automatically off
2) for wheeling you can mimic the Bronco's trail assist turning
3) will allow you to do a front dig
Lots of others but I use those specifically.
4) Dims/disables the license plate light when backing to prevent whiteout of the backup camera

The main reason I am asking is that if you are just pulling it to take it to the dealer, you NEED to unmarry and remove before you take to the dealer. If you have not unmarried the Tazer or if the Tazer is plugged in and they flash the computer for updates, bad things can happen. How do I know? Because, even after I told them I had a Tazer insalled, they downloaded an update to the computer anyways and "bricked" my Gladiator. They farted around with it for 2 hours before they came to me with the "bad news" that they computer was stuck in the middle of an update and they couldn't get it to respond. On the positive side, it was an easy fix. I went out in the bay, unmarried the Tazer and removed. The update wouldn't work because the security gateway (where the Tazer is installed) was disconnected.

I enjoy all the live features, so that's a good point

I'm most likely going to sell the JT and get a JLR in the near future so I was thinking of things I could reuse

You can definitely re‐use it on the new Jeep. Just make sure to unmarry it. Also the cables need to be plugged back in for the head unit to operate. I ran into that issue with my truck at one point.

I started with Jscan and those setting from the first post and most vehicle settings can be changed with the bypass cable and OBDII dongle with the app and license for your VIN.
