Replacing Sport fender flares with Rubicon flares?

Has anyone changed their flares on a sport (plastic, nonled) to the rubicon high clearance painted fender flares? Are they a direct fit? I found a set that I want to buy, just not sure if they are a direct replacement or not?

They are a direct replacement, might need to make an adjustment for LED turn signals so no hyperflash or warning lights though.

Yeah physically they fit but make sure you get fenders with the same lighting you have if you don't want to do extra work to make it work.
