No one talks about these tires but they are very similar to the Bridgestones mentioned above. The Firestone Destination XT. I have them in 315/70r17 and they are only 61 pounds. They are quieter than my previous 33” terra grappler G2s. I have the 3.73 gears but my mpg dropped at most 1mpg. Took them on a decent trail and never lost traction. Only had them for about 1500 miles so can’t comment on wear yet. If you’re not a rock crawler I would give them a try, because I’m sure the sidewalls are not the strongest (being so light weight). Look in other forums and most gave them great reviews, especially in the snow.

Yes!! I’ve had them for over 20,000 miles now and all 4 have slightly more than 14/32 of tread left (start with 17/32). So I still highly recommend them.

Falken now has a new(ish) R/T model available...but definitely check with Discount Tire, with the warranty they offer its pretty hard to beat.
