I feel short at 6’ 2”... I support any products made for tall people or for lefties.
I like the seat higher to have legs positioned like when sitting on a chair which is why I also like my back more straight up as well. I couldn’t stand way back when I had a Toyota Tacoma and I felt like I was sitting on the floor with my legs straight instead of down.
And yes in the higher position the rear view mirror can get in the way and need to duck down a bit to see traffic lights. Not ideal. So I try to find an in between height position.
