Even lifted it is still quite easy to get in and out.
I have a 3" Rock Krawler lift, on 37's, and I put right leg in, grab the driver grab handle and hop right into the seat.
Oh, and I'm a fat old fart.

You save yourself the trouble of doing double work. Most spacer lift people (including me) eventually sour on them to some degree and go for a proper coil spring based lift in the end.
