Rough Country vs Gator EFX hard tonneau cover

Been waiting to catch another sale on the Gator EFX hard tri-fold tonneau. But ran across the Rough Country on sale today so it had me curious. Found a thread that stated the Gator and RC are pretty much one and the same. Is this fact?? If so I'll just go ahead and order the RC today.

Does the Rough Country fold all the way up (supported in a vertical position near the rear window?)

That was the main difference I saw between the gator efx and other more expensive models.

edit: I found it on their website. It looks identical to the gator efx from what I could tell.
