I have to say that as one of the poor souls in the first order during their startup, I was never unhappy with them. Top has held up well and works great and is still the best option for my needs. My top has been totally covered in salt mist when fishing the beach in rough weather, just pressure washer the inside out still looks great.
This post is to reaffirm that they are still doing good, I broke a hinge on my hatch ( salt corrosion I feel) and reached out to Lionel at RSI, contacted Tuesday ,replacement set of much nicer hinges arrived Thursday in time for me to swap out for a beach trip today.
