Mopar actually sold a kit for around $8k. Didn't seem to complicated to do yourself.

If you knew how to cut spot welds, weld sheet metal or make spot welds, or faux spot welts with a MIG. there was a bit to it that a typical DIYer may not handle well..........
Salvaging body parts from parts cars, it's a time consuming process to properly remove sheet metal that has 50 spot welds to remove. But with a spot weld cutter, it just takes time and patience.

It's something I'd likely enjoy - I've sectioned cars before in a past life. .
