Hello All,

I know this isnt gladiator specific, but how are you securing your gear in the bed? Tonneau covers and hard camper shells won't work in my case as my fridge is taller than any tonneau cover, also I take my Crf450L on most of my adventures.

Interested in any locking tie downs or anchors your using. Also looking for a heavy duty anchor to chain my bike to.

I use this for most of my gear and usually lock the top and loop a cable through to the OEM bed anchors. https://www.amazon.com/37-Portable-...t=&hvlocphy=9031239&hvtargid=pla-763076133282

I will be getting a softopper soon but more so to keep stuff out of the dust and rain, also to sleep under.

First, I would recommend these over what you have linked. Cheaper, lockable, lid has a seal and even has a vent built in.

Second, you have four built in tie down points in the bed. Also, inside top of the bed rails, you will see places that the plastic is scored on the bed rail caps. These can be cut out and there are nutzerts behind them so you can add more tie down points.

Thanks for the feedback! Though they sure are nice, I need something far bigger than those Dewalt boxes. I already have a couple of the contico chests that I linked, they seal completely no water or dust gets in, they are lockable as well, scored them for $45 from Lowes a while back. Im more so looking for better ways to secure large items in the bed. Unfortunately the tie downs closer to the cab come off with a simple socket... Not sucure enough for my bikes. Luckily the rear ones are not removable.

I didnt know that those scored areas were for, thanks!

Any Idea what the black plastic plugs are covering in the front of the bed under the rear widow?
