A pair of small spot lights, each on the inside of the wheel, activated side by side by the indicators. When moving with the wheels the can act as a cornering light.
It's a mild level of DIY, but this can be achieved fairly easily with existing components. There's plenty of knuckle light mounts that turn with the wheels, and plenty of switchback modules. Only thing you'd need is to wire the lights to a Normally Closed relay and energize the relay with the static/running light about of the switchback. The relay would be open (i.e. lights off) under normal operation until you hit the turn signals, in which case the switchback would de-energize the relay and close it (i.e. lights on).

I know, I’ve don’t it before. But it would be nice if it came in a plug in and play kit.

Small amber trail light for behind the rear doors on a gladiator. An ambient type light that won’t reach up to blind you in the mirrors but allows you to see to the sides at the middle of our long arse rigs on an evening run. Small. Like single strip LED focused down and out. If it sticks out further than the stock rock rails it’s too thick.

Edit: preferably adhesive backed so maybe only 1 hole need to be drilled for wire pass through.
