Shift handle sound

I don’t know if it was always there or if I noticed it now, but do you hear a sound from the shifter when pressing the brake?

I can feel it better n the handle when I press the brake and hear a sound. Normal?

Nope.

Could be the shift-lock solenoid. I have an MT, but in my older JK's which are automatic it's pretty noticeable as they've aged (200k+ miles)
