Thanks. I'm going to look for it. This is my first Jeep with bells and whistles. I've had Jeeps since 1974 and I've never had power door locks, power, windows, heated seats, backup cameras, etc etc. I've always had manuals, roll down Windows, soft top two doors. I recently purchased a 23 EcoDiesel and I love it but there's a lot of buttons for an old man.

This forum has a lot of great info on temps for the Diesel depending on what you are doing.

Pulled a trailer to Moab this last fall wth my new to me 21-3.0d-JT and ran some late night legs and tried to keep the speed at 70+ish limited by eng/trans temps. Daytime 60-70 were ok. Slowed down on a couple hills. Was armed with the info before the trip. Learned a lot in practice while doing the work. (Pulling the trailer in varied situations) Our trip was Seattle to Moab and home.

Just curious how other folks gauge temps are reading. Short 100 mile trip on interstate set the cruise at 70 mph, no load or tow. Empty bed with 35 BFGs. Mostly flat to low grade.2023 Rubi diesel.

My JTRD normal coolant temp is 203 to 204 Fahrenheit, Trans 185-190, oil 203-217…(trans is low here in pic since it was 27 and I had only been driving 15 mins). Coolant does go to 198/199 but only on long declines or super cold Central Oregon AMs. Under load it will always hover at 203/204 and climb to 210 when turbo is working on grades or long presses of the skinny pedal but then comes down when fans are on. I have seen coolant temps as high as 222 briefly. Trans highs of 201, and Oil temps at 231-these highs were at 5,000 elevation and a steep 2 mile 9-10% consistent grade followed by some mild off-roading. My JTRD has steel bumper group, no winch, ARE topper, always 200 lbs of stuff in the bed, and the stock 2021 grille for now. I removed the heat insulation from the hood and put (6) 1 inch holes in each Rubicon vent on each side but will be removing the entire bottom of rear vent soon as others have done. Going to either mod 2021 grille or buy a 2024 and completely dremel out the non-vented part under the headlights…Also will be adding some sort of oil cooler under a vented skid plate, AFE charge tubes and a turbo blanket at some point this winter…I’ve never derated but definitely want to do all I can to keep temps down. Future plans include towing some sort of 2-3K small camp trailer in the summer months so also will be adding bags in the rear and either a Banks or similar display to keep an eye on things-
