Today was a big day. Santa brought my little girl (she’s four) her very own Silvertruck.

Part of the fun of getting it dirty is cleaning it up. Trail clean up turned into my First father/daughter carwash day.

she’s 4 and washed and dried hers herself. Not new parts but This definitely goes into the rig journal.

our ‘66 f-100 in the background has 70k original miles. Its never been out of tuscaloosa county. Runs like a sewing machine

Enjoying what we’ve done so far. Took my father in law out to some dirt trails near his old homeplace in Samantha AL. Nothing strenuous. He loves the jeep. This little shelf is about five ft high

We’ve been building a house for the last several months. Should close at the end of the month. Been thinking about spare tire carriers, fender liners, rock rails and possibly new tires. I’ve got a winch hoop sitting in my inlaw’s garage too.

hopefully this summer we’ll be able to keep improving the silvertruck.

Just a small update. Got a mopar winch bar from a forum member and went stubby with the rubi steel bumper. I need to repaint my artec winch cover plate under my fairlead but that will be another day.

Did you find a tire carrier? I'm considering the DV8 TCGL-01 mainly because it still allows for use of the bed.

Actually sold this jeep and long story short, back in a gladiator after a few months and a couple car trades.

That said, if I wanted a tire carrier it would be between the side mount from DV8 or the bed mount against the cab from AEV. Love the baja style carriers but need the bed space too often
