Skid Plate Bolts Stuck

I went to remove the rear skid plate so I could replace my exhaust and the bolts in the fame wont back out. I used my impact gun and all four broke loose but only backed out about 1/4" or so. I tried running them back in with no luck.

Is this normal? This is a 2022, never been off road or seen winter conditions.

Any tips, I am sure my skid plate is going to rattle around until I figure this out.

penetrant and work them in and out....

sprayed them down last night, the impact still would not budge them so I threw on a 24" long pipe on my ratchet and that did the trick.

That looks fun. And I thought getting the stock exhaust our from under the truck in one piece alone with no lift was a challenge.

Does the exhaust hit the skid plates at all? I have a slight vibration I feel inside the Jeep. I’m thinking maybe that?
