About to get a SmartCap installed on Monday. Frontrunner slimline 2 rack came in this weekend. They sent these pieces to raise the rack from mounting directly to the cap. Is this advised or do people tend to mount directly to the cap?
Also, my RTT has two channels under it for mounting where i slide in pieces that have bolts sticking out the bottom. It used to be on a bed rack where the bolts fit nicely through somes and fit snug. For the slimline 2 rack, the gaps are too big and ther’s nothing to screw the bolts into. How do people mount their tents to this rack?
