Last December I was looking hard at a 2023 WILLYS JT that was a trade in at my local Chevy dealer with 8K miles on the odometer. It was priced very good but sat for almost 6 weeks on their lot with no movement. The day I decided to go look at it, they had wholesaled it to a Carmax type clone dealership in another adjoining state and it was priced $4K higher. Just the way it goes. I know if that same WILLYS had been on a CDJR lot used, would have been a CPO and sold way quicker.I was watching a used 2020 JT for quite a while. The price came down to something more in our range.....and just when I was about to drive to see/drive it, they moved it to another dealer in another state and jacked the price up $5,600. In one day.
