So when I have my phone connected and running android auto I'm having the DS speakers randomly turn off. It started doing it with the voice commands for the nav. Shut that off and since Waze likes to have the gray box with direction of turn show up on the screen the speakers started doing the same thing. And then this afternoon I received a text, didn't even listen to it and the speakers did it again. I have the seven inch screen and it only does this with android auto running.

Anyone experience this or have solutions? With short road trips it is just an annoying thing but on longer ones it does get to be real aggravating real quick. I have to find a place to stop, shut it off open and close the door, restart and it is good until it decides to do it again.

I have the 8.4 uConnect. When using Android Auto, the audio feed to the left front speaker is muted while sounds from Android Auto are played through that speaker. Map directions come through clear, but other notifications (Ring Camera, Text Messages) are not loud enough to be heard so it sounds like the speaker is cutting in and out.
