Sporadic Heat from footwell while driving

Sometimes while I am driving I get a few seconds of heat coming in the footwell. I am running the AC (Louisiana heat and humidity) and the air is still cold from the dashboard vents. Has anyone had this happen? Happens on my Wrangler ecodiesel too. Thanks.

I have Also experienced this from the beginning of ownership of 2023 Gladiator. (3.0l v6)

Do a search using the keywords sudden warm air. In short, it's considered normal behaviour for the HVAC systems in our Jeeps and also there's a TSB for updating the HVAC control module software that may help.

My 23 does the same every so often, I just convinced myself that it's designed that way to defrost the evaporator coil
