Yes, the clutch handle rotates just fine!- I think the bumper I have is the 2024 or some newer style. I have all the part numbers if anyone is interested. This one has the extensions in the bump stops and the LED lights.

Does your winch clutch handle rotate fully, a lot of guys have had to trim a little bit off to allow for free spooling winch…Jack

I think those were with Apex winches. My Warn Evo on my Mopar metal bumper has no issue either.

Yes - with the Apex 12000 winch, the release lever sits fairly low. With some winch plates, it means the handle will likely hit the bumper and with the stock Rubicon bar, or the bar with the clone bumper, the lever will hit the bar. With a larger or wider bar, the lever will not hit the bar, with spacers, the lever should not hit the bumper.
