Yes.

The bumpers are the same, and by all indications the pans are the same. It looks to me like there are 2 part numbers for the same pan, I'm suspecting that one is a production part number and the other is a JPP/Mopar Performance part number.

I have the bumper and skid pan on the way, I'll update when I am certain it works.

ETA: Here is a link to Quadratec for that pan https://www.quadratec.com/p/mopar/front-bumper-skid-plate-jl-steel-front-bumper-68293984AB

ans here is the other part number for the same thing also at Quadratec https://www.quadratec.com/p/mopar/front-bumper-skid-plate-jeep-wrangler-jl

The bracketry is already there on a Rubicon with the steel skid it comes with, the bolts are not included but I can buy all the bolts I need for $10. If you are putting it on anything but a Rubicon then yes the bracketry would be required (although it can probably be sourced individually for less money.

We'll see when it arrives.

Yes, if you want it to serve as a winch platform, and possibly as a crash barrier.

If it is purely cosmetic, then the 10A/Hard Rock 3 piece bumper will bolt up just like it is, and the currently existing stand alone front skid will continue to function exactly as it does now.

I couldn't get the steel bumper when I ordered my Sting-Grey Rubicon last month. At first I was pretty upset, but now I'm actually relieved and excited for the aftermarket options. I'm leaning heavily towards the new Rugged Ridge Arcus.
