Is anyone else having trouble contacting Jeep Chat to get an order status? I've tried yesterday evening and today, on 2 different computers, and the Chat never connects...

Yes, it sat spinning on my computer at work yesterday for 20 min before I closed it. Last night it spun for a good 20 and then connected. Heard from many that it was an issue.

Honestly.....its easier to input your info into the tracker and check it daily. Then when you see that a build sheet has been created, it means that it is assembled or will be within 2 days. When the sticker becomes available, it is done and sitting in the yard waiting for a ride to your dealer

The tracker doesn’t tell me anything about mine. It shows “None”...

Then that's exactly what's being done with your jeep! Watching it go between statuses back and forth will drive you insane......until it gets a build sheet The status is just speculation

I did not get a build sheet until it was done. And a window sticker a few days later. I think it takes some time to update.


At the end of this type your vin number without a space after the equal sign. It may show up there before the tracker.

Before the forth of July , I was D status, and had been for 15'ish days. They say could be for up to 30 days.

As of last night, I'm in JB, and have been for 2 days, she said I could be there for 15 days.

No estimated delivery/ship date.

Factory worked the entire holiday weekend! Thanks @JeepCares and JT assembly line workers!

SG Rubi., loaded, minus adaptive safety group, block heater, painted fenders or top.
