G status! Jeep Chat says it should be shipping in the next couple days. Not sure if that means actually shipping or being sent to the staging lots for a truck/train, but it’s getting close! @Bremen

Dealer says it's all done and on its way. Current manifest shows it arriving in Georgia on the 9th and should be good for pick up at the dealer on the 12th

I ordered a Punkn from Cleveland dealer... but I am still equally in love with the Sting Grey. My brother lives in Braselton! Staying with him now while my house is finished... supposed to close today at 5. I am sure I will see you around.

Small world! My parents are kind of in the Jefferson, Pendergrass, Braselton triangle. Real nice area and we had planned on building a house out that way before I changed jobs and relocated. I spent about 20 years or so of my life in the Lake Lanier area, so it'll be nice to get back home for a bit!

It's in KZM, 1st rail leg, and is scheduled to arrive at SLC yard on 10/05. No ETA to dealer yet. The SLC yard can be slow and may take a week or two to unload and get a truck scheduled.

They are still trying to talk him into the extended warranty.

So what is the best plan for warranty on these. I have only had used jeeps with no warranty. Get- pass -before original expires?

NEVER buy anything from the F&I guy. every extended warranty and gap insurance is available on the aftermarket cheaper and you wont be paying interest on it in your auto loan.

Last week (9/23)I checked with dealer and was told no change still in SanDiego waiting. Jeep chat connected me with concierge. Hint if you don’t have an LE, they won’t help. They passed me on to jeep corporate. They told me last update was 9/23 and it was on the move.

Called dealer today. They said it was waiting second rail and last update was 9/9. I told them they were wrong and provided info from corporate. They checked again. Nope nothing. Said they need to check again. Low and behold they found it was arriving Wednesday.

Wow. Dealer had no idea an ordered stock was two days out.
