in leu of my own ignorance, I would consider 2" front synergy spring and a 3/4 block out back , add a 1" bump in front. Stick with a 285/75r17 . You could probably leave the rest alone . Maybe a set of front shock extensions to get some down travel back . Or you could spend a lot more and get some great kit , but never really need it . Not sure how you use the rig. With a x12.50 tire and a +18 17x9 wheel I had almost no poke. So a stock steel wheel and less than a x12.50 tire would be well inside the fender for sure .The truck would be a fantastic driver .

Note : the stock arms while not super flexy are plenty for a modest lift , simple no maintenance, and quiet .

Thanks for the input. My goal for this is for those who are new to have a better understanding of when looking to lift, what to look for. What to get. I would prefer to one and done. Of course my plans, especially the stock wheel requirement, will be different than others. I have most of the ideas so far in the shopping carts.
